Contour Shoulder Harness

Our new Contour Shoulder Harness is the updated suspension system you’ve seen on our newer packs like the Mainframe II, Modframe, and Brute Series. The system uses a robust hook-and-loop panel, allowing you to quickly adjust the pack's fit to your torso length. 

The harness is shaped to follow the natural contour of your shoulders and upper torso, creating a more ergonomic interface between your body and the pack. Instead of sitting flat and creating pressure points, it distributes weight evenly across a broader surface area. The improved contact helps reduce shoulder fatigue and numbness during extended movements.

Strategic padding balances structure with flexibility. It provides enough support to manage heavy loads while still allowing natural shoulder articulation when climbing, sidehilling, or moving through uneven terrain. The result is a harness that moves with you rather than fighting your range of motion.

Integrated adjustment points allow you to fine-tune ride height and tension so the load stays properly positioned against your frame. When paired with a supportive hip belt, the Contour Shoulder Harness works as part of a complete suspension system that stabilizes the pack, improves the load transfer, and maintains comfort when packing out heavy loads. The adjustable chest strap keeps the shoulder harness locked in place, preventing the straps from sliding and improving overall stability. It also helps fine-tune load distribution, taking pressure off your shoulders and reducing fatigue as you move.
